Student Entitlement
At Maplewell we believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that our students leave school equipped with the knowledge, skills and understanding to live their lives as independently as possible. This includes preparing them for further education, life-long learning and employment.
Through discrete career lessons delivered within the PSHEE programme of study, enterprise opportunities, work experience, college tasters and courses, and the Life Skills programme, we aim to prepare our students for life beyond Maplewell

Cragrats!!!
Year 10 were joined by students from Ashmount today for a dramatic workshop introducing Independent Travel Skills.
The drama and workshops were well received and the students all joined in, had fun and learned about catching the bus safely.
After the workshop, members of The Miracle Gang showed our guests from Ashmount around the garden where they saw Strawberries, Broad Beans and the first (small) Tomatoes.
